IN HONOR OF FALLEN AVIATORS. Memorial book - collective work edited by Maj. dypl. pil. Marian Romeyki, publication of the Committee for the Construction of the Monument in Honor of the Fallen Airmen, edited by Lucjan Zlotnicki, Warsaw 1933, f. 25 x 34cm, pp. nlb. 8, 420, plates 3

Complete edition of the commemorative book containing 3 color plates by Jerzy Radlicz with emblems of squadrons, clothing of aviators 1918-1920 and badges of aircraft and flying personnel. Layout and binding of the book and initials in woodcut Designed by Stanislaw O. Chrostowski. The binding was done by B. Zjawinski, Introligator's Department, Warsaw, signed. An additional treat is the cardboard case with the address sticker of the editor of the book "In honor of fallen aviators" with the address of the school.

Very good condition, original publisher's binding with gilt (red cloth) preserved. Ownership stamps of J. Piłsudski School of Crafts in Aleksandrów Kujawski. Slight fraying of the corners of the binding.
